GIVEAWAY: Treasures of the sea-Seafood Buffet Dinner
Are you a seafood fan? Do you LOVE fresh sashimi, crabs, prawns, lobster etc ALL in one meal? And do you enjoy a huge variety of food presented before your eyes? We just went for one such buffet—The Treasures of the Sea at Plaza Brasserie. It was YUMMY!
I must admit that before I stepped in the restaurant, I thought it would just be a regular buffet with a few more seafood dishes than normal. Ohh I was pleasantly surprised! Here are the little parcels of surprises that greeted us!
Surprise #1. Made-to-order Nonya-styled Steamed Fish
You can choose the fish and go get your other food. Meanwhile, the chef will steam the fish and bring it to your table when it’s done!
Surprise #2. Made-to-order Curry Fish Head
Yup, unlimited! You can order as many as you want, the flavourful curry gravy fish head in the classic claypot will be brought to your table!
Surprise #3. Super Fresh Salmon cooked in FOUR varieties
Salmon Wellington – Flaky Puff Pastry, Grilled Salmon Fillet with Sambal Chilli, Sea-salt Crusted Salmon, Classic baked salmon
Surprise #4. Crustacean Corner Live Station
No pictures cos we ate it all so quickly!!
Here, you can choose Bamboo Clams, White Clams, Green Mussels, La-La, Prawns, Mud Crabs or Soft Shell Crabs. Then you decide do you want it cooked in Black Bean sauce, XO sauce, or Spicy coriander sauce? The chef will then whipped out the dish, specific to your ‘order’!
