The Long Weekend–Act 3 Theatrics & Esplanade presenting-An Island on the Tip
This long long weekend is a rarity in our busy busy island. It’s Hari Raya Puasa and National Day rolled into one super weekend that starts on Thursday! wooooohooooo!!
If you are not sure what to do, here’s something patriotic to bring your kids to:
“AN ISLAND ON THE TIP”
An ACT 3 Theatrics Collaboration with ESPLANADE in Celebration of National’s Day
As we celebrate the nation’s birthday, the theme “Many Stories, One Singapore”, ACT 3 Theatrics and Esplanade collaborated to present original stories written by children from ACT 3 Theatrics “Young Authors Club” which rides on Singapore’s past, present and future. With the guidance of renowned theatric experts R Chandran and Amy J Cheng from ACT 3 Theatrics, these aspiring authors did their research through the experience of FEEL, TOUCH and BREATH with visits to historic sites such as Fort Canning Hill, West Coast Park and Esplande; to evoke the creativity in their stories writing.
